Is MOKKOJI KOREA free?
Yes, both admission and viewing are completely free of charge. 2022 MOKKOJI KOREA has prepared various activities such as concerts held by popular KPOP artists, programs, and exhibitions that provide a chance to experience Korean culture and lifestyle. However, business will be held in ‘MOKKOJI MARKET’ and ‘MOKKOJI KITCHEN’ located in the festival venue. (Please wear the mask before and after finishing the food and beverage at ‘MOKKOJI KITCHEN’.)
Can I participate in all programs even if I am not from one of the Focus Countries (Uzbekistan, Malaysia)?
MOKKOJI KOREA welcomes all people from around the world regardless of nationality, gender, and age! Since it is free and open to everyone, we ask for your interest and support.
What is the scheduled time for 2022 MOKKOJI KOREA?
2022 MOKKOJI KOREA will be held on 24th (Sat) ~ 25th September (Sun) in Uzbekistan and 12th (Sat) ~ 13th November (Sun) in Malaysia. You can enter and participate in the events from 10:00 am during the festival. Please check out the timetable on the link below.
How do I buy the concert ticket?
Tickets for the concert are pre-applied and free of charge. There are a total of three rounds for ticket application on our homepage, and winners will receive a voucher via the email you submitted while applying for the ticket. You will need to log in to apply for a ticket. If you didn’t win a ticket during online ticketing, don’t worry. There is a chance to receive concert tickets by attending events at exhibitions during the festival.
I won the ticket registration and received a voucher. Is the voucher a ticket?
The voucher is not the ticket. You can exchange the voucher for a ticket at the ticket booth from the starting day of the event. Please make sure to bring the voucher and your ID. You won’t be able to exchange the voucher for a ticket if the voucher information and your ID doesn't match.
Can I choose a seat at the concert?
Seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis. In other words, the person who exchanges the voucher early for the ticket will get the front seat.
Can I exchange the voucher for a ticket even if I arrive late?
If you do not exchange the ticket before the time announced, the voucher will be expired. Tickets for the concert will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to prospective audiences waiting at the venue. We recommend that you arrive at the venue in advance to prevent this from happening.
I lost the concert ticket. Can I have it reissued?
Tickets can be reissued once, but please always be careful not to lose your ticket.
Can I take photographs or film a video of the concert?
It is possible to take a picture with a cell phone, but it is impossible to take a picture of the concert using professional devices that are above DSLR. You may be restrained by the staff when filming the concert with professional camera equipment. The artists’ performance is related to copyright and portrait rights, so please be careful.
Can I bring the food and beverage to the event venue? Are there any restricted items?
It is possible. However, items classified as dangerous goods or belongings that may cause inconvenience or threat to others may be restricted.
What should I do in case of an emergency in the event venue?
There are staff located throughout the venue. In case of an emergency, please contact the nearest staff. Please always wear a mask except when you are eating.
I signed up for the MOKKOJI KOREA website before the website was renewed. Do I have to sign up again?
Members who signed up before the renewal do not need to sign up again.
I forgot my ID. How can I find it?
Please contact the website administrator. You may retrieve your ID after going through an identification check. Please inquire via the email address below. How can I delete my account?
After logging in to the MOKKOJI KOREA website, please go to [My Information – Change Information – Withdrawal from Mokkoji] in the top right corner to delete your account. Your careful consideration before withdrawal is requested as your account information cannot be recoverd. Please check the instructions below before withdrawing.
MOKKOJI KOREA bepulmi?

Mokkoji Koreya festivalining jadvali qanday?
2022-yilgi Mokkoji Koreya festivali 24-25-sentyabr kunlari O'zbekistonda, 12-13-noyabr kunlar Malayziyada boʻlib oʻtadi. Koʻrgazma maydoniga soat 10:00 dan kirishingiz mumkin. Batafsil jadvalni pastda ko'rishingiz mumkin.
Konsert chiptalarini qanday sotib olish mumkin?
Konsert chiptalari bepul bo'lib, oldindan ariza berish orqali chiptalarga ega bo'lishingiz mumkin. Veb-saytda 1-2-3-bosqichlar orqali chiptaga ariza topshirsangiz, ariza berishda ko'rsatilgan elektron pochta manziliga chipta uchun vaucher yuboriladi. Chiptaga ariza topshirganingizda albatta ro'yxatdan o'tib saytga kirishingiz kerak. Veb-sayt orqali chiptani bron qilishdan tashqari, festival kuni tadbirlarda ishtirok etish orqali chiptalarni olish imkoniyati ham mavjud.
Men chipta ariza berib vaucher oldim. Vaucher chiptami?
Vaucherlar chipta emas. Siz vaucheringizni festival kuni tadbir boshlanishidan oldin kassada chiptaga almashtirib olishingiz kerak. Iltimos, o'sha kuni vaucher va shaxsni tasdiqlovchi hujjat(pasport)ni olib keling. Agar vaucherdagi ma'lumotlar va shaxsni tasdiqlovchi hujjatdagi ma'lumotlar mos kelmasa, vaucher chiptaga almashtirib berilmaydi.
Konsert joylarini tanlash mumkinmi?
A) Joylar birinchi kelganlardan boshlab navbat bilan beriladi. Joylar vaucherlarni chiptaga almashtirish tartibiga ko'ra oldingi qatorlardan boshlab beriladi.
Kechiksam ham vaucherimni chiptaga almashtirsam bo'ladimi?
Agar belgilangan vaqtga qadar vaucherlar chiptaga almashtirilmasa, vaucher o'z kuchini yo'qotadi. Ushbu qolgan chiptalar esa chipta ololmay konsert o'tkaziladigan joyda kutib turganlarga navbat bilan tarqatiladi. Bunga yo'l qo'ymaslik uchun o'z vaqtida kelishingizni tavsiya qilamiz.
Men konsert chiptasini yo‘qotib qo‘ydim. Uni qayta olishim mumkinmi?
Siz 1 martagina qayta olishingiz mumkin. Shunga qaramay chiptangizni yo'qotmaslikka harakat qiling.
Konsertni suratga yoki videoga olsam bo'ladimi?
Oddiy uyali telefon orqali esdalik suratga yoki videoga olishingz mumkin, lekin DSLR yoki undan yuqori darajadagi professional qurilmada konsetni suratga olish taqiqlanadi. Professional kamera uskunalari bilan kontsertni suratga olsangiz, sizni qo'riqchilar to'xtatib qo'yishi mumkin. San'atkorning chiqishi mualliflik huquqi bilan bog'liqligini unutmang.
Oziq-ovqat va ichimliklar olib kirsa bo'ladimi? Taqiqlangan narsalar bormi?

Qanday qilib akkauntimni butunlay o'chirishim(bekor qilishim) mumkin?
Mokkoji Koreya bosh sahifasiga kirganingizdan so'ng, akkauntingizni bekor qilish uchun yuqori o'ng tomonda joylashgan [Mening ma'lumotlarim - Ma'lumotlarni tahrirlash - Mokkoji akkauntni o'chirish] ga o'ting. Akkauntni o'chirganingizdan keyin u boshqa tiklanmaydi, shuning uchun o'chirishdan oldin yaxshilab o'ylab ko'ring. Akkuntni o'chirishdan oldin quyidagi ko'rsatmalarni o'qing.
Adakah MOKKOJI KOREA percuma?
Ya, kemasukan dan tontonan ialah percuma. Pelbagai program pengalaman pameran tentang budaya kehidupan Korea, konsert Mokkoji bersama artis K-pop disediakan. MOKKOJI KOREA mengalu-alukan semua orang dari seluruh dunia tidak membatasi kewarganegaraan, jantina, dan umur! Sesiapa sahaja boleh mengikuti acara secara percuma, jadi terima kasih atas minat dan sokongan anda.
Apakah jadual Mokkoji Korea?
Mokkoji Korea 2022 akan dijalankan dari Sabtu 24 September hingga Ahad 25 September di Uzbekistan, dan dari Sabtu 12 November hingga Ahad 13 November di Malaysia, dan Zon pengalaman pameran bermula masuk pada 10:00 pagi. Anda boleh lihat jadual waktu yang tepat di bawah ini.
Bagaimanakah saya membeli tiket konsert?
Harga tiket konsert ialah percuma, dan pendaftaran awal diperlukan. Pendaftaran tiket dijalankan dibahagi menjadi sesi ke-1, ke-2, ke-3 melalui laman utama kami, dan baucar akan dihantar kepada pemenang melalui alamat e-mel yang dimasukkan semasa anda mendaftar tiket. Apabila mendaftar tiket, anda perlu log masuk. Selain tempahan melalui laman utama, juga ada peluang untuk menerima tiket dengan mengikuti acara PAMERAN di tempat acara.
Saya memenangi pendaftaran tiket dan baucar. Adakah baucar ialah tiket?
Baucar bukan tiket. Anda boleh menukar baucar anda dengan tiket di gerai tiket pada tarikh acara bermula. Sila pastikan anda membawa baucar dan ID kad anda. Jika maklumat tempahan dan ID anda berbeza, baucar anda tidak boleh ditukar dengan tiket.
Bolehkah saya memilih tempat duduk konsert?
Tempat duduk berdasarkan urutan. (Tiba dahulu layan dahulu) Sesiapa yang membuat pertukaran baucar dahulu akan mendapat tempat duduk di bahagian hadapan.
Bolehkah saya menukar baucar saya dengan tiket sekiranya saya tiba lewat?
Jika anda belum menukar baucar dengan tiket hingga masa yang dipastikan, baucar anda tidak akan berlaku. Tiket konsert ini akan diberi kepada calon penonton yang menunggu di tempat acara secara urutan. Kami menyarankan anda tiba di tempat acara lebih awal agar perkara seperti ini tidak akan terjadi.
Saya kehilangan tiket saya. Bolehkah saya menerima tiket semula?
Anda boleh menerima tiket semula sekali sahaja, jadi selalu berhati-hati dengan kehilangan tiket anda.
Bolehkah saya mengambil foto atau video daripada konsert?
Foto yang sederhana atau ringan dengan menggunakan telefon dibolehkan, tetapi mengambil foto atau video daripada bahagian konsert dengan penuh dan melebihi tingkat sederhana dengan menggunakan peralatan profesional DSLR dan ke atas dilarang. Anda akan dilarang oleh kakitangan di tempat acara jika mengambil foto atau video menggunakan peralatan kamera profesional. Konsert artis terkait dengan hak cipta serta hak potret, jadi sila perhatikannya.
Bolehkah makanan atau minuman dibawa masuk dengannya? Adakah barang-barang yang dilarang untuk dibawa masuk dengannya?
Boleh. Namun, sebarang yang terklasifikasikan berbahaya serta yang boleh menyebabkan rasa yang tidak selesa atau mengancam orang lain tersebut boleh dilarang daripada dibawa masuk dengannya.
Bagaimanakah saya lakukan jika kecemasan terjadi dalam tempat acara?
Di seluruh tempat acara terdapat kakitangan yang ditugaskan. Apabila kecemasan terjadi, sila bertanya kepada kakitangan terdekat. Sila sentiasa pakai pelitup muka kecuali semasa makan.
Jika saya mendaftar masuk sebelum pembaharuan laman utama Mokkoji Korea, perlukah saya mendaftar masuk lagi?
Yang mendaftar masuk sebelum pembaharuan laman utama tidak perlu mendaftar masuk lagi.
Saya terlupa nama pengguna saya. Bagaimanakah saya mencarinya?
